Any and all who Donate Money for the purpose of any land purchase and Monolithic Dome construction shall have full use of property and structures - it shall be their home.

In fact, these properties and structures will be home to anyone who is awake enough to have an interest in them.

The question of ownership is not relavant, as what we are doing transcends ownership and possession of property.

If the problem ever occurs of more people than an available dome can house, the answer is the definition of simplicity: Build another dome.
